Fees
Youth (ages 14-25):
- $250 (before January
9,
2004)
- $350 (After January 9, 2004)
Youth registration
includes shared hotel accommodation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (also Thursday for HIV+
youth attending Positive Youth Institute),
breakfast and lunch Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, conference materials, workshops and
special events. The conference will assign youth rooms. Please do not call the hotel
directly. If you wish to share your room with someone you know, please indicate this in
the space provided on the registration form. If you wish to have a room to yourself, you
must pay the adult registration fee and make your own hotel reservations.
YOUTH, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS, NAPWA WILL MAKE THEM
Adult (over 25):
- $200 (before January 9, 2004)
- $350 (after January 9, 2004)
Adult registration includes breakfast and lunch Saturday, Sunday,
and Monday,
conference materials, workshops and special events. Adults must make
their own hotel
arrangements. The conference has reserved a block of hotel rooms at a
special conference
rate of $99 plus tax (single/king), $109 (double), $129
(triple/quad). To be assured a room at the special conference rate,
adults must
make room reservations by January 24rd, and identify themselves as a
Ryan White National
Youth Conference/NAPWA participant. To reserve a room at the Hilton

- $150 (no hotel, entire weekend)

Payment
Registrants may make payment using check or money order (made payable to
RWNYC 2004/NAPWA). They also may use a credit card for registration (MasterCard, Visa, or
American Express).
Fee Refunds: Written cancellations before January
16, 2004, will be refunded in full, less a $25 processing fee. Registration cancellations
after January 16, 2004, will be refunded 50 percent. No refunds will be granted after
February 5, 2004.
Liability Waiver: All participants are required to
indicate that they understand that the National Association of People with AIDS, Metro
Teen AIDS, AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth & Families, the National
Youth Advocacy Coalition (NYAC), the CDC, and HRSA are not to
be held responsible for damages or injuries to themselves and/or theft of their property
while participating in any conference activities and traveling to/from the Ryan White
National Youth Conference, including their stay at the Grand Hyatt. With their signature,
they agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring organizations. This includes, but
is not limited to: NAPWA, MTA, the AIDS Alliance, NYAC, their officers, directors, and staff
against all claims or cause of action that may be instituted by or on behalf of themselves
(or their children) arising out of participation in or travel to/from the RWNYC.
